The exhauster
shall be an DALTEC single-stage, overhung centrifugal type,
model DRBO 625-2. It shall be direct driven with a 25 Hp,
460/3/60, high efficiency TEFC motor and shall generate 750
ACFM @ 6.1 inches Hg. (600 SCFM) @ 21 BHP.
This exhauster
shall come complete with the following:

fabricated steel casing
-
fabricated aluminum impeller
balanced in two planes to ISO standard 1940 G2.5
-
grease lubrication designed
for 1500 hour change interval
-
one (1) 6" silencer for
exhaust
-
four vibration isolation
base pads
-
one (1) 6" vibration
isolation tubing sleeves
-
one (1) 6" inlet damper
to protect motor from overload
-
one (1) programmable surge
protection device c/w 2" solenoid valve and 3" filter intake silencer
