HSI Centrifugal Exhauster
The vacuum
producer shall be a HSI heavy duty, cast iron centrifugal
type, model 061-05. This exhauster shall be direct driven with a 50
Hp TEFC 3600 RPM 460/3/60 premium efficiency motor and
shall generate 1400 acfm @ 8.50 inches Hg. (975 scfm).
This exhauster
shall be equipped with the following:

heavy duty cast
and machined casing
-
cast aluminum, individually
dynamically balanced impellers
-
one (1) shaft coupling and
coupling guard
-
one (1) 6"
silencer for exhaust
-
two (2) 6" vibration
isolation tubing sleeves
-
two (2) 6" tube type
companion flanges
-
one (1) 6"
inline filter c/w 160 sq. ft. cartridge element to protect blower from primary filter by-pass
(2" SP design pressure differential)
-
one (1) 0 -
20" differential pressure indicator for above filter
-
one (1) 0 -
20" differential pressure shut down switch for the
inline filter (broken bag detector) NEMA 7
-
one (1) surge protection
device (flow controller) c/w programmable dual set point
process controller in main panel, one (1) 3"
electric butterfly valve NEMA 4, and one (1) 4"
intake filter silencer
