Letter of Quotation SUTORBILT 8000Q Series
The vacuum producer shall be a
SUTORBILT low noise rotary lobe type, model 1030 - 8000Q. This
exhauster shall be belt driven with a 250 Hp TEFC 1800 RPM
460/3/60 premium efficiency motor and shall generate 5000
icfm @ 15.0 inches Hg. max. with 215 BHP. This exhauster
shall be shipped with the following:
-
heavy duty casing and end
plates with cast rib casing
-
stiffeners for high strength
-
dual lobe type steel
impellers with vibration precision to ISO G2.5 standards
-
high performance, superior 5
bearing design, for long service life under severe
conditions
-
exhaust port noise reduction
system
-
one (1) heavy structural
steel mounting frame.
-
one (1) SILEX silencers for
exhaust (14" flange outlet connection)
-
one (1) 14" SILEX
intake silencer
-
one (1) SILEX 8" JBBI
final discharge exhaust air silencer (secondary) for maximum
discharge noise reduction
-
one (1) double adjustment
motor slide base assembly
-
two (2) 14" pipe
vibration isolators
-
one (1) TECHNO 14"
exhaust check valve
-
one (1) KUNKLE 4"
precision-opening vacuum relief valve (15" Hg. set
point)
-
one (1) set sheaves, belts,
and OSHA belt guard
-
one (1) WINTERS 0-30"
Hg. vacuum gauge, 4" dial
-
one (1) 22" inline
filter c/w 6000 cfm cartridge to protect blower and
environment from primary filter failure
-
one (1) DWYER #2020 0 -
20" SP magnehelic for above filter
-
one (1) DWYER #1950-20 3 -
20" SP differential pressure switch across the above
filter to shut down blower (NEMA 7) broken bag detector.
The blower
shall be supplied with an effective sound enclosure to ensure
that the system radiated noise does not exceed 80 dBa
at full load. This enclosure shall be equipped as follows:
-
one (1) 4000 cfm cooling fan
with thermostat
control
-
one (1) ¾ Hp 1750 rpm, TEFC
motor
-
four (1) service access
hinged doors
-
two (2) removable end panels
-
fabricated from 14 Ga.
painted steel with 4" sound attenuating material
Not included above
but strongly recommended, is our exclusive
"Reduced Idle Device". This device automatically
bleeds air into the system when it detects that no operators are
using the system (completely programmable). This device is
exclusive to Northwind Air Systems and provides the following
benefits:
-
reduces the amperage draw by
approximately HALF when no operators are using the system
-
extends expected service
life of the vacuum producer by lowering its average load
conditions
-
reduces high exhaust
temperature shut downs in the summer
-
it allows operators to
easily open inlet valves
