Typical Letter of Quotation WALLENSTEIN Rotary Vane Series

The vacuum pump shall be a WALLENSTEIN high performance rotary vane type, model 151HVO.  This exhauster shall be capable of generating 80 acfm @ 15" Hg. design, 28" maximum intermittent.   This exhauster shall be shipped equipped with the following features:

• 80 cfm @ 1750 rpm

• oil bleed valve and lubricator

• 5.0 Hp. 460/3/60 TEFC electric motor w/belts and pulleys

• motor mount frame w/belt adjuster mounted on top of tank

• one (1) 1-½" oil catch muffler

• one (1) 2" top inlet w/ 6" transition

• one (1) 2" NPT oil sight glass

• one (1) 1-½" primary check valve

One (1) 125 Imp. Gallon liquid collection tank shall be included.  This tank shall be 38"Ø diam. and fabricated of 3/16" carbon steel plate, A.S.M.E. dished heads, 3/16" x 48" shell, (64" overall tank length, max. allowable length is 90"), overlap welded and fitted with the following:

• two (2) end type lift lugs

• four (4) ¼" tank supports with two (2) faultless medium heavy duty semi steel swivel casters (front) and two (2) rigid rear casters

• removable chip basket extending into tank, w/2" load port

• one (1) 1 ½" secondary moisture trap w/sight glass, pressure relief valve, 1" drain valve, stainless steel float valve

• 3" rear dump port w/3" AQ bronze valve, 3" drip cap

• one (1) tubular steel side hose hook

• one (1) folding front tow handle

• one (1) 2" x 20’ suction hose and wand

Unit to be primed w/epoxy primer, painted with polyurethane finish, one color.
