Used to join any two straight ends of tube or fittings.  Fittings are available with expanded end only up to 6".  Large fittings require couplings.

NOTE:  When time of installation is taken into account, the least expensive method of joining light wall employs shrink sleeves on expanded end fittings for 4"Ø and less, and compression couplings on larger sizes.  Compression couplings replace slip couplings.  Slip couplings are still required for joining tube ends.  

Remember, slip couplings require TWO shrink sleeves to seal.
