Typical Letter of Quotation SUTORBILT Legend Series

The vacuum producer shall be a SUTORBILT type high performance rotary lobe blower, model 5L. This exhauster shall be belt driven with a 20 Hp TEFC LEESON heavy duty 1800 RPM 460/3/60 premium efficiency motor and shall generate 500 icfm @ 12 inches Hg. continuous.

This exhauster shall be shipped with the following:

• heavy duty cast and machined casing

• dual lobe type steel impellers

• one (1) set belts, sheaves, and belt guard

• one (1) oversize 4" silencer for exhaust

• two (2) 4" vibration isolation tubing sleeves

• two (2) 2" vacuum relief valves

• one (1) ASHCROFT 0 to -100 kPa vacuum gauge, 4" dial

• one (1) inline filter c/w cartridge to protect blower from filter bag failure

• one (1) DWYER 0 - 20" WG manometer across above filter

• one (1) DWYER 0 - 20" WG pressure switch to shut down vacuum on high differential pressure (broken bag detector)

Not included above but strongly recommended, is our exclusive "Reduced Idle Device". This device automatically bleeds air into the system when it detects that no operators are using the system (completely programmable). This device is exclusive to Northwind Air Systems and provides the following benefits:

• reduces the amperage draw by approximately HALF when no operators are using the system

• extends expected service life of the vacuum producer by lowering its average load conditions

• reduces high exhaust temperature shut downs in the summer

• it allows operators to easily open inlet valves
