Shivam’s background in automotive engineering and management from Ontario Tech shaped both his analytical approach and his talent for communicating complex concepts with ease. Drawn to the intersection of people and technical problem-solving, he joined DuroVac to turn ideas into tools operators can rely on. He’s most at home on site—asking questions, listening closely, and helping teams land on the fix that fits their flow.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find him in motion—on the hunt for a ’60 Impala built for cruising, keeping track of playlists too big to shuffle, or mapping out a project car he can eventually push to the limits. It’s all fueled by the same mindset: “If you’re tired, do it tired.”
