
Relationships are at the root of everything we do. While industrial vacuum systems are the star of the show at DuroVac, our partners and team do all the hard behind-the-scenes work of ensuring plant leaders find the right engineered solutions for their needs.
To celebrate those relationships, we run an annual event called Partner Day, where our regional sales managers (RSMs), partners, and internal team members gather to connect and align on the year ahead.
Partner Day’s main theme is growing together in long-term partnerships based on trust. Our agenda focuses on equipping partners with the data, tools, and confidence they need to grow andempower end users. It’s all about progress.
This year, what really stood out was the strength and longevity of our partner relationships, including some that have lasted more than 20 years. We hope to cultivate more long-lasting partnerships with those who joined our network more recently.
One of the highlights of Partner Day is being able to swap stories about the challenges that manufacturers face day today. A common thread is the sheer size of some messes — these are hardy manufacturing environments, after all, and plant leaders need reliable solutions to keep production running smoothly.
We noticed some shared frustration around solutions that don’t fit the plant’s operations. Some are too small, posing compliance risks and making it difficult for workers to keep up with constant pile-ups, while others come with price tags that can quickly eat up a plant’s budget over time.
DuroVac strives to do things just right, with solutions that fit into the plant’s existing operations and provide the best balance of usability, durability, and ROI. Partners shared a feeling of pride based on providing precise solutions that last decades.
“Once you can get a DuroVac in there, they can see the quality and the amount of suction it provides them, how it really cuts down on their cleanup time, and the ease of maintenance,” says Chad Smith from Fluid Engineering. “It sells itself. It’s an amazing product.”
It’s great to get feedback like this because it reinforces our brand promise of making the job easier for manufacturing teams — and making them happier in the process.
