Role Summary

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help build and lead our email marketing automation program from the ground up while crafting compelling content that reflects our brand voice. This role is critical to driving lead nurturing, audience engagement, internal stakeholder communications, and sales partner outreach through scalable, data-driven campaigns and high-quality content.

Reporting directly to the Brand & Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate on the strategy, architecture, and execution of email automation initiatives and create engaging copy for emails, landing pages, and related marketing assets. You’ll also ensure seamless integration with our CRM and ERP systems as part of a broader marketing technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automated email campaigns for lead nurturing, customer lifecycle engagement, and partner communications.
  • Develop and implement automated email campaigns for employees, suppliers, and external collaborators.
  • Write and edit email copy, landing pages, and supporting content that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Build segmentation strategies and dynamic workflows to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Integrate email automation with CRM and ERP systems to ensure data consistency and campaign efficiency.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for conversion and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations.
  • Stay current on trends and tools in marketing automation and content marketing.
  • Ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned by direct manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in email marketing automation, including workflow design and campaign execution.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Technical skills: ability to integrate automation tools with CRM/ERP systems (experience with platforms like Odoo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize performance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP/CRM integrations.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email     templates.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools     and reporting dashboards.

Junior Buyer

Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:

North Wind Process Cooling Ltd (DBA DuroVac) is seeking to hire a Junior Buyer.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Junior Buyer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, components and service required for production or projects. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a desire to grow in supply chain within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role will work with both internal teams and suppliers, using our ERP system to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery.

Following an initial three month probationary period, and subject to business requirements, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered, allowing for a portion of the responsibilities to be performed remotely. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Review planned material requirements and arrange purchase orders accordingly.
  • Inventory management – Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels; initiate reorders as needed.
  • Source materials and components from approved supplier lists.
  • Issue and track purchase orders; follow up on deliveries and resolve any delays or issues.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and required documentation.
  • Analyze supplier performance related to cost, quality and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records and documentation.
  • Ensure pricing, delivery terms, and item information are current in the procurement system.
  • Support negotiations for pricing, terms, and contracts under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager that contribute to cost reduction and budgeting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
  • Support procurement process improvements, particularly during ERP upgrades or implementations.
  • Perform other duties relevant to the position as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: College/University diploma-preferably in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in a procurement environment, ideally in a Buyer role.
  • Knowledge: Foundational understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain concepts.
  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to supplier locations for inspections and audits.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
