Scott’s BBA in Marketing and Finance laid the foundation for an industrial sales career that has been going strong since 1994. A solutions-first guy, he focuses on curing problems, motivated by his wish to make sure customers are better off after working with him. Scott considers himself a professional problem solver, and is proud to be a go-to resource for customers who need help and considers a personal referral the highest compliment a sales rep can get. His rule is simple: help the customer understand what truly matters, then leave them better off than when they started. If the solution also edges out the competition, consider it a bonus.

Outside of work, Scott prioritizes family, even if in small windows between trips. His favorite quote reflects his passion for making every moment count: “A small part of something is better than a big part of nothing.”
