For Lucas, structure is what keeps production running like a well-oiled machine. With a degree in Civil Engineering and nearly a decade in manufacturing, his work across quality control, planning, and process improvement has given him a clear understanding of how production fits together from first plan to finished build.
As Production Manager, Lucas works closely with other departments to keep every stage of production on track and the floor ready for whatever project comes next – clearing the way for shorter lead times and more reliable timelines. A hands-on leader, Lucas likes to understand the work himself, giving him the context to set clear decisions and the confidence to trust that his team can take it from there.
He also serves as the Management representative on DuroVac’s Joint Health and Safety Committee, building safety into every process with one goal in mind; making sure everyone goes home the same way they arrived.
In his free time, Lucas trades the production floor for Dungeons & Dragons, where a solid plan helps – but a good roll never hurts.
